Farm To Jar

It begins on our family farm with Black Angus cattle, raised the way they should be by our hardworking dad and grandfather. Once ready, the process continues through our family butcher shop, where the fat is selected and prepared with intention.
After processing, we take only clean, high-quality beef fat — known as suet, the fat found around the kidneys — to use in our products. It’s what we trust and use in our own home.
Back in our workspace, the fat is slowly rendered using traditional methods. Quality comes not only from the source, but from a proper render — done multiple times — creating clean, smooth tallow that performs the way it should. We take our time here, because doing it right makes all the difference.

Each product is carefully crafted and whipped to create a smooth, consistent texture, then poured, labeled, and packaged by hand.
