Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before shipment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation notification.

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect shipping information.

Warm Weather Shipping
Because our products are made with natural beef tallow, they may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures during shipping. While we do our best to package orders carefully, we recommend bringing packages inside as soon as possible after delivery and avoiding leaving them in a hot mailbox or on a porch for extended periods of time.

If your product arrives softened or melted, simply allow it to cool and firm back up before opening. You may place it in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes if needed. The quality and effectiveness of the product will not be affected, although the texture may change slightly.

By placing an order during warmer months, customers acknowledge the possibility of natural softening during transit.
